Our firm operates on a strictly performance-based structure; Primeford Inc. assumes all preliminary costs and risks associated with the recovery process. Clients are not responsible for any upfront fees, and compensation is only earned upon the successful retrieval of capital.

Scope of Recovery Activities:
  • Comprehensive audit of government treasury records and tax sale archives.
  • Forensic title research to establish legal entitlement to excess proceeds.
  • Preparation and filing of formal recovery petitions and motions.
  • Direct coordination with government agencies and court officials.
  • Monitoring of disbursement timelines and capital distribution.

User Responsibilities

Documentation Accuracy

Users are legally obligated to provide truthful, accurate, and complete documentation regarding property ownership and identity. Primeford Inc. relies on this information to process claims with government agencies.

Agency Exclusivity

By engaging our services, users agree to grant Primeford Inc. exclusive rights to manage and pursue the specific surplus fund claim identified, avoiding conflicting claims by third-party representatives during the engagement period.

Active Cooperation

Successful recovery requires prompt communication. Users must respond to requests for signatures, notarization, or additional verification within specified timelines to prevent the expiration of claim windows.

Primeford Inc. does not provide legal, tax, or financial advice. Our services are strictly administrative in nature, focusing on the identification and recovery of surplus funds. Any information provided by our team or through our documentation should not be misconstrued as legal counsel. Clients are strongly encouraged to seek advice from qualified legal or financial professionals regarding their specific circumstances.

Liability and Disclaimers

Limitation of Liability

Primeford Inc., its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of our services.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The venue for such arbitration shall be the jurisdiction in which Primeford Inc. is headquartered, unless otherwise mandated by local law.

No Warranties

Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Primeford Inc. does not warrant that the results of our audit will yield a specific monetary outcome, as recovery is subject to government agency verification.

5. Amendments

Primeford Inc. reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our business's discretion. By continuing to access or use our services after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the updated terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the service.
